National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network

The National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network is a state-of-the-art, shared-equipment, open-use resource laboratory serving academic, industrial, and governmental researchers across the country and around the globe.

Lab-members come from a wide variety of disciplines, with research in areas of electronics, optics, MEMS, biology, and chemistry, as well as process characterization and fabrication of more traditional electronics devices.

The laboratory is located in the MER building located on the J.J. Pickle Research Campus in North Austin. Part of the Microelectronics Research Center, researchers from any discipline who wish to explore uses of microfabrication technology in their work are welcome.
