Massachusetts Institute of Technology-Assistant Professor

The MIT Department of Chemical Engineering  invites applicants to apply for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level, to begin July 2012 or thereafter. The candidate must have demonstrated excellence in original research and be interested in developing outstanding teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Interested candidates should submit application materials electronically through MIT’s online ChemE Faculty Application. Each application must include: a curriculum vitae; the names and addresses of three or more references; a strategic statement of research interests; and a statement of teaching interests. It is the responsibility of the candidate to arrange for reference letters to be uploaded in the Letters of Recommendation section of the online application process.
