University Level Scholarships
Texas Scholarships administers university level scholarships and is directed by the Office of Student Financial Services. It aims to be the university’s one-stop-shop for scholarship information. This resource guides students on college and departmental scholarships but also provides application information for general, private and endowed scholarships.
College and Department Level Scholarships
The Engineering Scholarship Program is overseen by the Cockrell School of Engineering and generally gives funding based on merit. To make the application process easier, current students should complete the general Engineering Scholarship Application to be considered for all available engineering scholarships. All applications are reviewed and considered against certain criteria for various scholarships. Successful candidates are notified by email. The Cockrell School also offers external scholarships from companies and businesses through the college’s current scholarships listing.
